COVID-19 RETURNS POLICY (Updated 21st April 2020)

Miss Hollywood wants you to be happy with both their products and their service. We offer a 14 day No quibble returns policy on all unworn merchandise. We understand that not everyone may be able to leave their homes to return items at this uncertain time and have made slight amendments to the return policy.

Who do I notify if I wish to return my Order?

Please click on the Return Centre to arrange a return within 14 days of recieveing your order if you would like a refund or within 3 months if you would like an exchange.

Where should I return my Order?

How should I package my Return?

Please protect the merchandise with suitable wrapping, for example Mail Bag, Refuse Sack, Wrapping Paper or a Carrier Bag, failure to do so will damage the packaging and the product will no longer be resalable, in such circumstances we will not be able to accept delivery of the return package. 

How Should I Post my Order?

If you are returning your order before the government announces the end of lockdown Please only return by UPS or Royal mail. If you use any other provider it may be automatically returned to you as our premises are closed and only UPS and Royal mail are diveting mail to us.

Please ensure that your mailing provider provides a proof of posting certificate which is usually free or a tracking number.

How Soon Will you deal with my Return?

We aim to process all returns within 48 Hours of receiving them but please allow upto 5 days during this time.

Will I receive a Full Refund?

Yes, Any item returned unworn in a re-saleable condition wherby you have requested a return within 14 days of receipt of your order will be fully refunded by your original payment method. (If the item or packaging has been excessively damaged or missing, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.)

What if I return my Order Beyond the 14 Days?

Any order returned beyond the 14 day money back period will as a gesture of goodwill receive a store credit note for the full value of their order.

How Long are Credit Notes Valid?

Credit Notes are valid for 6 Months from the date that they are Issued.

Are there any Items which are Non Returnable?

Yes, in the interests of hygiene, items which are in contact with intimate body parts such as Thongs, Stocking and Body stockings cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty. Please try your new footwear on a soft carpet. - Please be aware that hard wood or stone flooring can damage soles and heels and we cannot accept return of any such items if they are marked and deemed UN-resalable.
