FAQ

URGENT NOTICE:

Updated 21st April 2020

  • All Online orders of Clothing, Lingerie and Costume orders will be shipped daily
  • Please allow up to an extra 3 days for processing and delivery of new Footwear Orders.
  • Our Retail shop in Aberdeen City remains closed until the Scottish Government permits non essential retail stores to reopen.
  • We are working with only 1 staff member who is processing orders and answering customer messages from home.
  • All orders placed are running to schedule
  • Returns are also currently slightly delayed and we are working very hard to process them. We aim to have refunded all returned orders upto and including 20th April no later than 24th April 2020.
  • If you wish to return an item and a refund is required please request a return (within 14 days of receiving your order) here: https://www.poledancingshoes.co.uk/pages/returns - At this time we ask that you avoid the use of hermes courier as or premises are not staffed at all times during this pandemic and they may return the goods to you.

  • We are working with only 1 staff member who is processing orders and answering customer messages from home.
  • There has been a delay in transit of orders placed between the 6th Of April and 9th of April. I am really sorry for mix up with these orders and they will be delivered week commencing 20th April.
  • All other orders placed are running to schedule
  • Returns are also currently delayed as we do not have staff on the premises to receive them. You may still request a return (within 14 days of receiving your order)  - your return will be accepted without issue once our retail store is open again.

  • All Online orders of Clothing, Lingerie and Costume orders will be shipped daily.
  • All online orders of footwear placed upto and including 2nd of April 2020 has now been processed and will be delivered to customers by the 10th April 2020.
  • Please allow an extra 5 days for processing and delivery of new Footwear Orders.
  • Returns are also currently delayed as we do not have staff on the premises to receive them. You may still request a return (within 14 days of receiving the order) - your return will be accepted without issue once we are operational.

Update 17th March 2020

ALL CLOTHING, COSTUMES AND LINGERIE ITEMS ARE STILL PROCESSED AND SHIPPED ON A DAILY BASIS.

ALL OPERATIONS OF FOOTWEAR ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19

Please Note that If you placed your footwear order prior to 6:30pm on 17th March your order will be delivered to you by 20th March 2020

*out of concern for our staff and in compliance with local government measures, both Miss Hollywood Aberdeen Store and Pleasers Warehouse are requiring all employees remain at home, thus limiting and suspending operations temporarily.

  • Our Retail shop in Aberdeen City will be closed from 3pm on Thursday 19th March until further notice.
  • All non-essential business in Orange County where the pleaser shoes factory are located is hereby suspended until April 1st or until further notice as dictated by the US Government.
  • All Clothing, Lingerie and Costume orders are unaffected and will be shipped daily.
  • Email inquiries will be answered in the order they were received once we resume operations.
  • Returns are also currently delayed as we do not have staff on the premises to receive them. You may still request a return - your return will be accepted without issue once we are operational.
